As a Holistic Performance Coach (LL.M., BSc, NBC-HWC, RYT200) and behavior change specialist, I help ambitious individuals achieve sustainable success through personalized, science-backed strategies, not cookie-cutter plans.

 

Because the truth is, you can’t fix one area of your life while neglecting the rest.

My Methodology:

True, sustainable performance starts with understanding your whole self. 

My approach integrates science-based principles from behavioral science, psychology, and performance coaching to create lasting results, not just quick fixes.

We begin by assessing where you are in all eight dimensions of wellness in order to map out your strengths and where support is needed.

The eight dimensions of wellness model was first introduced in 1976 by Dr. Bill Hettler, MD, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute. Originally, the framework included six dimensions, but over time, environmental and financial wellness were added as the world, and the science of well-being, evolved.

When all eight dimensions are in balance, your system works together, reducing burnout, increasing resilience, and enabling performance that’s both high and sustainable.

Physical Wellness

Caring for your body through movement, nutrition, rest, and preventive health practices. Physical wellness supports the energy and resilience you need to thrive every day.

Emotional Wellness

Building awareness of your emotions and learning to manage stress, change, and challenges with resilience. Emotional wellness helps you navigate life with balance and inner strength.

Mental Wellness

Cultivating focus, creativity, and a growth mindset. Mental wellness allows you to problem-solve effectively and keep learning throughout life.

So, How Do I Assess It?

​​With the Multidimensional Wellness Assessment™ (MWA), that I created, I take a compassionate, data-informed look at your overall wellness.

(MWA) was conceptually inspired by Hettler’s 8 Dimensions of Wellness model and integrates principles from Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scales, the PERMA framework by Seligman, and contemporary multidimensional health surveys such as the SF-36 and Gallup Well-Being Index.

It aims to operationalize holistic wellness through measurable, evidence-informed indicators across eight life domains. It will show you where you feel grounded, where you feel stretched, and where small shifts that create meaningful change need to be implemented.
