How is the coaching process structured?
You're wondering how coaching people through major change looks like? Well, let me walk you through an example of what it might look like over 3 months of 60-minute weekly sessions.
At first, we'll spend some time getting to know each other and understanding the change you're facing. We'll explore how it's impacting your life, what's driving your desire for change, and what's holding you back (Sessions 1-4). This is a crucial part of the process, as it helps us identify the root causes of your challenges and set a foundation for growth.

Next, we'll dive into strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm related to the change (Sessions 5-8). We'll work on identifying and challenging limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and unhelpful coping mechanisms. And, we'll introduce new skills and techniques for resilience, self-care, and mindfulness.

As we progress, we'll focus on implementing new habits, routines, and systems to support the change (Sessions 9-12). We'll work on reframing your mindset, shifting from a fixed to a growth perspective. And, we'll prioritize self-reflection, self-compassion, and self-awareness to solidify new patterns and behaviors.

Keep in mind, this is just an example, and our coaching journey will be tailored to your unique needs and goals. We'll work at your pace, addressing obstacles and setbacks as they arise. And, we'll celebrate your successes and milestones along the way.
